Sponsor the full-time care of a child in Bulembu, Eswatini

CHILDCARE

Inheritance helps to holistically care for over 400 orphaned and vulnerable children throughout Eswatini, Africa.

We believe every child should have access to food, education and healthcare. Our program goes beyond the basic needs because children need not only to survive but to thrive. Our model helps to place the child in a nurturing family-style community equipped with love, emotional support and spiritual guidance. Whenever possible, we seek to reunite children once considered to be orphaned and vulnerable with family members.

All of the children we help to care for are brought to us by Eswatini’s Social Welfare. The reality is that many of our children have endured hardship and cruelty that human beings should never have to endure. We believe it is our responsibility and our privilege to care for these children. We aim to create an environment where the children are able to dream big and have those dreams realized.

All of our children study language, literature, arts, sciences, and sports. Many of our children go on to study in further education or complete apprenticeships. In a country with over 54% youth unemployment, more than 80% of our graduates are either in post-secondary education or are gainfully employed. We believe in raising leaders and empowering our children to become responsible global citizens.
